Once Again

Well I am never at a loss for words, but when I upgraded the blog today to a new version, I inadvertently deleted all of the previous blog posts.  I’ll do my best to recapture what was here before, but it’s wasn’t all that great.  I’ll work harder in the future to make my content more interesting and helpful. We’ll try in 2010 to get everyone a chance at their FAIRPAYNOW! Which is what the blog was set up to do.
